Thanks to your Konrow device, you can use 3G or 4G using your device as a modem. It’s perfect for enjoying your network with your tab or coputer during your trips.
This manipulation is very simple and useful, that’s why we share this tip with you.
When you have no Wi-Fi connection for your computer – at the library or at grand-parents’ home – you can save your weekend sharing your 3G or 4G network with another terminal. To create a Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or USB access point you have to:
Be sure that your smartphone (or tablet) is connected to 3G, 4G, or Edge network.
Once it is done, you can start connection sharing.
Go to your phone settings, then select Wireless & Networks, extend the option list pressing More. Select Connection sharing and activate the access point. Then you can configure the Wi-Fi access point by choosing the name of the Wi-Fi connection and the password.
In your second device, find the name given to the network in the available Wi-Fi networks list and connect you thanks to the password typed previously.
You can also convert your smartphone in a Bluetooth or USB access point. The principle is the same because your smartphone or tablet must be connected to a 3G or 4G network. The only difference is the type of technology used to make another device benefit from your Internet connection.
You only have to select the “via Bluetooth” option to use Bluetooth.
Finally, to share a connection via USB you have to connect your smartphone to your computer or another terminal connected thanks to a micro USB cable. And activate the USB access point on your phone.
